Lead Recruiter - Global Talent Acquisition & HR Coordination

About the role

Uvation, a global technology and IT services organization, is looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to independently manage end-to-end recruitment across its global operations. The role suits someone with strong experience in technical and non-technical recruitment, especially in AI/ML, data center infrastructure, cloud technologies, software development, IT services and corporate functions. It involves coordinating with stakeholders across geographies, overseeing the recruitment team and contributing to process improvements, hiring analytics and HR coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical and non-technical recruitment across multiple geographies and business entities, covering permanent, contractual, consultant and contract-to-hire roles
• Build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for niche, senior and business-critical positions, and manage screening, assessments, interviews, salary negotiations and offers
• Manage recruitment priorities, track KPIs (turnaround time, candidate quality, conversion rates) and mentor recruiters
• Coordinate with senior leadership, hiring managers and HR stakeholders internationally, including technical interview panels and hiring decisions
• Maintain candidate databases, ATS records, hiring documentation and onboarding coordination, and support HR reporting and compliance
• Use ATS, recruitment portals, HRMS and reporting tools, and leverage AI-assisted sourcing and automation where appropriate

Required profile

• 5-8 years in talent acquisition, preferably in IT services, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure or technology-driven organizations
• Proven experience managing technical and non-technical recruitment and multiple hiring requirements independently
• Exposure to international recruitment and multi-entity structures
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in ATS platforms, recruitment portals and HRMS systems
• Preferred: Jira, HRone, Breezy HR, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office and Teams
• Preferred: experience mentoring recruiters, building recruitment dashboards and international contractor hiring
