HR Business Partner - Human Capital

About the role

Arcesium, a global financial technology firm, is hiring an HR Business Partner to be the strategic and operational anchor for a high-visibility, fast-moving part of the business and its delivery leads who sit closest to institutional clients. The role partners directly with business heads and senior leadership to shape workforce plans, resolve complex people situations and build a culture that keeps pace with the technical bar set by the group.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the trusted HR advisor to business heads and engineering leaders, embedding yourself in their planning cycles and translating roadmaps into workforce plans (headcount, skills mix, org design).
• Benchmark org structures, spans of control and role architecture against peer GCC and technology organisations.
• Lead org design conversations as teams scale, and own internal mobility and succession for key technical and client-facing roles.
• Handle complex employee relations matters confidentially, and design engagement interventions such as stay conversations, pulse surveys, skip-levels and manager coaching.
• Own people metrics (attrition, span of control, promotion velocity, engagement) and partner with Total Rewards and TA on compensation benchmarking for client-facing technical talent in Hyderabad and the broader GCC.
• Lead change management for restructures and new HR programmes, and coach managers on performance conversations and team building.

Required profile

• 4-6 years of progressive HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience, ideally across multiple businesses or client-facing delivery organisations.
• Hands-on experience across employee relations, org design, workforce planning, engagement and talent management.
• Comfort with ambiguity and complex, cross-functional problems in fast-moving GCC environments.
• Strong analytical instincts and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Master's degree or PG diploma in HR, IR or a related field preferred.
