Talent Sourcing Specialist, Enterprise

About the role

Randstad Enterprise is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Talent Sourcing Specialist to build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and initial candidate pre-screening. You will be the first point of contact between the company and potential talent, presenting only qualified, high-fit candidates to Recruiters and Hiring Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Talent sourcing and pipeline generation: proactively search and engage passive and active talent using job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter), social channels, professional databases and Boolean search strings; create talent maps, market research summaries and talent pools; send personalized outreach messages and follow up to turn interest into applications.
• Profile screening and assessment: review inbound resumes and CVs against role specifications, skills and experience; conduct brief phone or video screening calls on qualifications, technical fit, salary expectations, communication skills and availability; audit and verify candidate data, background criteria, certifications and regulatory requirements.
• Handoff and collaboration: partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and candidate personas; prepare shortlists and detailed candidate summaries; maintain data hygiene in the ATS and recruitment CRM, logging outreach status, screening notes, response rates and conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, candidate screening or HR administration (agency or in-house) in US staffing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and solid organization and time management for high-volume requisitions.

Required skills

• Applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Jobvite or Taleo.
• Recruitment channels including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Advanced Boolean search techniques and search strings.
