Customer Success Manager - HR Technology

About the role

Keka is a people platform covering HR, payroll and talent, trusted by more than 12,500 companies. Its Customer Success team is growing, and this role sits in Hyderabad or Bangalore, on-site, for candidates with 2-6 years of experience. As Customer Success Manager you help customers get value from their HR technology investment by driving product adoption, improving module usage and aligning Keka's solutions with their business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer usage of Keka modules and develop action plans to improve adoption and utilization.
• Deliver product training, feature updates and refresher sessions.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders to align product usage with business objectives.
• Help customers map Keka products to their existing HR policies, workflows and business processes.
• Recommend solutions based on available product features and functionalities.
• Enable customer points of contact through product education and hands-on guidance.
• Address customer queries and grievances during onboarding, coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2 to 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS onboarding or Customer Success, or 3 to 6 years in business consulting, HR consulting or HR operations.
• A strong interest in technology, especially HR technology applied to business processes.
• Excellent listening and communication skills to identify customer needs and explain product capabilities clearly.
• Curiosity and a learning mindset, with curiosity about Keka products and customer processes.
• Product knowledge and business acumen, and strong problem-solving skills.
