Talent & Learning Specialist

About the role

As a member of the global Talent & Learning team, you will coordinate and deliver learning programs for AVEVA employees worldwide, covering in‑person, virtual classroom and independent learning formats.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent & Learning team to design and deliver learning experiences that meet business needs.
• Coordinate program logistics, including vendor management, procurement, venue arrangements, technology platforms and learner communications.
• Maintain accurate training records, manage evaluations, generate reports and use data to drive improvements.
• Administer courses and learning paths in Workday Learning, ensuring data standards and a smooth learner experience.
• Provide first‑line support via ticketing systems, troubleshoot issues and assist learners and program managers.
• Handle procurement tasks for training vendors, from onboarding to invoicing, aligning delivery schedules with procurement timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related Talent Development environment.
• Experience working in a regional or global role, preferably with technical or frontline support responsibilities.
• Strong administration, time‑management and coordination skills with the ability to meet SLA deadlines.
• Excellent communication, consulting and relationship‑building abilities across all organisational levels.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including PowerPivot and PowerQuery.
• Experience with a Learning Management System, preferably Workday Learning.
• Proficiency with ticketing tools for technical support.
• Basic knowledge of e‑learning creation and video editing tools.
