HCM Business Advisory Senior Analyst, AVP

About the role

Deutsche Bank is hiring an HCM Business Advisory Senior Analyst (Assistant Vice President) in Bangalore. The HCM Business Advisory team provides operational support across a broad range of HR advisory activities and processes, working closely with UKI Business Advisory stakeholders to deliver timely, consistent and well-governed support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver HR services for the UKI and provide operational and advisory support to the UK Business Advisory Centre across HR activities such as occupational health and absence management, flexible working applications, international assignments, rehire governance, replacement contract administration, Working Time Regulations and management information reporting.
• Support year-end activities including performance, compensation and promotion processes, as well as audit requirements.
• Help the team manage growing operational demand and the transition of additional advisory support activities, keeping service delivery effective and high quality.
• Apply sound judgement on nuanced matters, identify potential risks and escalate them appropriately.
• Provide managerial support and oversight to the wider team, maintaining performance, accountability and timely delivery of priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR shared services and advisory functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills, and experience troubleshooting complex issues across HR functions.
• Proven ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and optimise workflows, with critical judgment on data and AI outputs.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of HCM systems, including Workday and ServiceNow.
• Excellent analytical skills and stakeholder management.
