Human Resource Executive - Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement

About the role

Fast Logistics Cargo is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Human Resource Executive to lead its talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives across India, with a strong focus on East India. The role helps build a high-performing workforce supporting the company's growth in the logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning and sourcing strategies to onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
• Work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and bring the right talent at the right time.
• Design engaging induction programs and maintain employee records.
• Lead team-building events that boost morale and recognition.
• Collaborate with recruitment vendors and support compliance with HR policies.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires and communicate clearly to implement HR strategies.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR or a related field; MBA in HR preferred.
• 5-8 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in recruitment and employee engagement.
• Experience in a logistics or multi-location setup is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
