Lead Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Keka is a people platform covering HR, payroll and talent, trusted by more than 12,500 companies. Its Product team owns market positioning, product narrative, launch governance, analyst relations and customer insight programs. As Lead Product Marketing Manager you will own Keka's product narrative end to end, working with Product, Marketing, Sales and CX to strengthen positioning, govern launch quality and turn product capabilities into compelling customer value. The role is based in Bengaluru or Hyderabad, three days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product narrative, from market, customer and competitive research to positioning, messaging and commercial enablement.
• Define the positioning and messaging architecture across the product portfolio.
• Write category-level POV papers and research reports to shape how the market understands Keka.
• Partner with Sales and GTM teams to build sales motions and customer value propositions.
• Drive high-impact product launches and govern launch quality.
• Build programs to capture and amplify the voice of the customer.
• Drive analyst relations to build credibility and strengthen market positioning.
• Lead projects such as pricing and packaging changes.

Required profile

• 9 to 15 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise or mid-market SaaS, owning positioning, launch governance or analyst engagement at meaningful scale.
• Track record of turning product capabilities into differentiated value propositions and driving successful launches.
• Proven ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders across Product, Sales and CX without relying on hierarchy.
• Willingness to work from the Bengaluru or Hyderabad office three days a week.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and communication skills, including writing crisp executive narratives and interpreting win/loss data.
• Experience with or strong working knowledge of analyst relations is a plus.
• An HRMS or HCM domain background is a plus, though not required.
