Lead Financial Planning And Analysis Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) specialist to join our Global Capability Center in Bengaluru. You will lead end‑to‑end budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and system transformation initiatives across global business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting cycles using Bottom‑Up and Top‑Down methodologies and maintain continuous rolling forecasts.
• Build, audit, and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and leadership decision‑making.
• Oversee financial reporting realignment in compliance with modern accounting standards, including IFRS 18 P&L restructuring.
• Partner with IT and business units during enterprise software transformations (Oracle, SAP).

Required profile

• Professional certification required (CA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA).
• Prior background in a Tier‑1 enterprise or global multinational GCC.
• Hands‑on exposure to Tier‑1 ERPs (Oracle or SAP) and advanced financial modeling toolsets.
• Deep proficiency in financial modeling, variance analysis, and multi‑entity forecasting.
