Lead Associate - QA

About the role

Myntra is seeking a Lead Associate – QA to manage the end‑to‑end quality lifecycle across its partner factories. You will act as the primary liaison for international buyers, ensuring that every garment meets global quality standards before shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete quality process cycle, including sample approvals, raw material tracking, material testing, and cutting permissions.
• Implement global brand manuals and enforce international Quality SOPs at each production milestone.
• Facilitate pre‑production meetings and conduct in‑line and in‑process quality audits across cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing.
• Lead final random inspections to validate finished‑product quality prior to international shipment.
• Manage, train, and empower factory‑nominated QA teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive KPI optimization by reducing defects per hundred units (DHU%), increasing first‑time‑right rates, and minimizing inward rejections and customer returns.
• Generate weekly and monthly quality performance dashboards and provide actionable insights to global stakeholders.

Required profile

• B‑Tech or NIFT qualification with at least 5 years of experience in garment manufacturing and QA functions.
• Strong communication and project‑management abilities.
