Key Account Manager – Schools (Renewals, Collections & Growth)

About the role

Kidvento Education and Research is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to own the end‑to‑end success of partner school accounts. You will drive program delivery, stakeholder relationships, renewals, collections and account growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction and measurable learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee smooth implementation and execution of educational programs across partner schools.
• Monitor student engagement, adoption and learning outcomes, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions.
• Lead onboarding and teacher training to enable schools to run programs independently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school leadership, coordinators, teachers and parents, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Drive value perception, showcase outcomes and success stories to improve retention.
• Ensure timely collections, follow up on pending invoices and coordinate with finance teams.
• Manage contract renewals, minimize churn and identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of account performance, prepare regular reports and coordinate with internal teams.
• Conduct regular school visits for reviews, support and relationship building.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Accountability, customer‑focus and a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to analyse data, prepare reports and drive operational excellence.
