Territory Manager – Loan against Property

About the role
The Senior Territory Manager will drive the business of EIL within an assigned territory, focusing on the bank's Loan against Property products. This role involves building strong customer relationships and leading a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for Loan against Property products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote the bank's Loan against Property offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of Loan against Property services to customers.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant stream (post‑graduation acceptable).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in loan or financial products.
