About the role
We are seeking a Territory Manager to acquire new loan‑against‑property customers, lead a team of DSTs and achieve acquisition and revenue targets across designated regions.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new loan‑against‑property customers across identified segments and geographies.
- Manage a team of DSTs to drive high‑quality loan sourcing and ensure monthly acquisition and revenue targets are met.
- Oversee multiple sourcing channels, including branches, DSTs and central lead funnels, and ensure timely handling of leads.
- Identify cross‑sell opportunities and ensure compliance with selling norms, SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct catchment mapping, gather customer feedback and support initiatives to improve customer experience.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of sales or banking experience, preferably in loan‑against‑property or retail banking.
- Strong customer orientation and relationship‑building skills.
- Target‑driven mindset with leadership capabilities.
