Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our sales team at Arnifi. The role focuses on managing high‑value clients, driving revenue growth through upselling, cross‑selling, renewals and long‑term relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key clients and high‑value accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout their engagement.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities across Arnifi’s services.
• Drive account growth, renewals, repeat business and revenue expansion.
• Understand client requirements and recommend relevant Arnifi solutions.
• Conduct regular client follow‑ups and account reviews to uncover additional opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Finance and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle client concerns, objections and escalations professionally.
• Maintain accurate client and sales information in the CRM and track performance metrics.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and build long‑term relationships with decision‑makers.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Relationship Management, B2B Sales, Inside Sales or Business Development.
• Proven track record of managing revenue‑generating accounts and meeting sales targets.
• Strong understanding of upselling, cross‑selling, retention and account growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Highly proactive, target‑oriented and commercially driven.
