About the role
The Key Account Manager will lead partnership development across multiple sectors including BFSI, dairy, state government agencies, agritech and infrastructure. You will be responsible for hunting new alliances, onboarding partners, driving revenue and managing day‑to‑day business interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new partner alliances across targeted segments.
- Onboard partners and nurture accounts to achieve growth targets.
- Drive business KPIs and revenue generation through strategic account planning.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
- Coordinate with operations and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Design, plan and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies with on‑field teams.
- Negotiate contracts, understand regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
Required profile
- Proficiency in Tamil, Hindi and English.
- Proven hunting capability and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Strong relationship‑management and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of industry regulations and compliance.
- Revenue‑focused with a go‑getter attitude.
- Experience managing key accounts in BFSI, government or related sectors is a plus.
