Junior Sales Executive – On‑site in Kochi

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Junior Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Kochi. The role is focused on building relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, and converting opportunities into successful deals.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Contact company‑provided leads and work towards converting them into customers.
• Understand client requirements and clearly explain our products and services.
• Identify sales opportunities through client conversations.
• Schedule and attend client meetings via phone, online, or in person.
• Present services professionally and handle client queries.
• Follow up consistently with prospects after calls and meetings.
• Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
• Prepare quotations and proposals when required.
• Maintain accurate lead, follow‑up, meeting, and sales records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Participate in sales campaigns and business‑development activities.
• Provide regular updates on leads, meetings, follow‑ups, and sales performance.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with clients over the phone and in meetings.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Positive, target‑oriented mindset.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Strong follow‑up and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to work from the office in Kochi.
• Freshers with the right attitude are welcome; previous sales experience is a plus.
