Junior Engineer – Bending, Polishing & Cleaning

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Engineer to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Pune. The role focuses on tube bending, polishing, and cleaning operations, supporting daily production and ensuring on‑time delivery while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support and perform tube bending, polishing, and cleaning processes on the shop floor.
• Monitor daily production activities and help meet delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and planning teams to resolve operational issues.
• Review work instructions, routing sheets, and shop documentation for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues related to bending quality, surface finish, and cleanliness.
• Track production performance and flag risks affecting delivery, quality, or cost.
• Assist continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost flow, productivity, and defect reduction.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper handling of tools, fixtures, and materials.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in aerospace manufacturing, specifically with tube bending, polishing, and cleaning.
• Familiarity with aerospace safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
