Junior Store Executive – Materials & Inventory Management

About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Store Management professional to handle material inward, inventory, documentation and day‑to‑day store operations at our manufacturing facility.
Key responsibilities
- Receive materials and verify quantity, quality and details against Purchase Orders.
- Prepare Material Receipt Notes (MRN) and maintain accurate inward and material records.
- Maintain stock statements and inventory levels according to minimum/maximum requirements.
- Control inventory of miscellaneous, returnable and non‑returnable items.
- Manage freight, loading/unloading and monthly material issues.
- Prepare gate passes, challans, purchase requisitions, stock statements and Store MIS.
- Ensure all Store MIS and reports are accurate and submitted on time.
Required profile
- Graduate or Diploma; store management qualification preferred.
- Experience in stores, inventory or material management within a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of documentation, inventory control and basic computer/ERP operations.
