About the role

We are seeking an IT Administrator with 2–3 years of experience to oversee our IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services and end‑user support at our Infopark office in Kochi.

Key responsibilities

Manage and maintain Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 services.
Monitor and support network infrastructure and connectivity.
Administer cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures, backup and disaster recovery processes.
Provide technical support to end users and resolve incidents promptly.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
2–3 years of hands‑on experience in IT administration.
Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
