Technical Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead multiple Scrum teams delivering our .NET Core and React platform for PrismHR. You will stay close to the code, own delivery sequencing, manage risks, and drive people growth while making architecture and design decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 3–4 Scrum teams concurrently, overseeing delivery sequencing, dependencies and risk.
• Own people management – performance reviews, feedback, hiring involvement and team development.
• Make architecture and design decisions, review approaches and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with product management, architecture, QA and DevOps to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Ensure the product is genuinely finished – built, released, adopted and supported.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multiple Scrum teams and delivering a product from planning to adoption.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in .NET Core, C#, ReactJS, SQL Server and API design.
• Direct people‑leadership experience with responsibility for performance, growth and hiring.
• Ability to make and defend technical decisions and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
