Installation Manager – Noida & Gujarat

About the role

We are seeking an Installation Manager to lead our installation teams across Noida and Gujarat. The role oversees project managers, measurement executives and site supervisors to ensure seamless delivery of modular furniture installations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a multidisciplinary team responsible for end‑to‑end installation activities.
• Plan and schedule installations in line with delivery timelines.
• Maintain timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Exercise full authority over personnel actions and intervene when projects deviate from plan.
• Handle client escalations and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Train and coach the team to enhance customer centricity and improve Net Promoter Score.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Designing.
• 6–10 years of proven project‑management experience.
• 1–3 years of experience leading teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent coordination, management and escalation‑handling capabilities.

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of modular furniture installation processes.
