About the role
Monalisa Group of Services is hiring 10 Inside Sales Executives in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. The team works on a Europe shift or USA shift, with business hours of 9 hours per day, starting in the late evening and going until morning depending on the time-zone difference.
Key responsibilities
- Understand the company's offerings and identify the target market and audience.
- Reach out to key decision makers.
- Search data on companies and decision makers using LinkedIn and Google.
- Make cold calls and cold approaches to prospects.
Required profile
- Ambitious people who fit a sales-focused organisation; an MBA is an advantage but not required.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- A 'no shy' approach to cold outreach, which is a major part of the work.
Required skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Extensive cold calling and prospecting.
- Use of MS Office, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
