Inside Sales Executive – European Market (French Speaking)

About the role

Intellect Design Arena Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to support its European market expansion. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, cold‑calling, and setting appointments with senior decision‑makers at financial institutions, with a strong emphasis on French‑language communication.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect C‑suite executives, directors and key decision‑makers across banks and financial institutions in Europe.
• Execute outbound campaigns using cold calls, personalized email sequences and LinkedIn networking to secure qualified sales appointments.
• Deliver product pitches and discovery discussions fluently in French, aligning solutions with prospect pain points.
• Utilise LinkedIn Sales Navigator and executive database tools for prospecting and lead intelligence.
• Stay informed on European BFSI trends, regulations and competitive landscape to build credibility.
• Collaborate with regional Enterprise Sales Leads and Business Unit Heads to qualify leads and transition them into the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Native or professional fluency in French.
• Minimum 2 + years of international inside sales experience, including cold calling and B2B lead generation for enterprise accounts.
• Graduate degree required; MBA strongly preferred.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience with B2B lead intelligence databases.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
