Inside Sales Executive – Bangalore

About the role

Edureka is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join its Bangalore office. You will work on US shift timings (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM or 8 PM – 5 AM) and help drive revenue by building and maintaining customer relationships for its education technology products.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue and support Edureka’s growth by positioning its products in the market.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and convert them into sales.
• Maintain, build and update calling and mailing databases.
• Research tools to increase sales and business opportunities.
• Demonstrate initiatives for refinement and strengthening of existing products.
• Regularly follow up with new and existing customers.

Required profile

• 0‑5 years of experience in inside sales or tele‑sales in a B2C environment.
• Proven track record of meeting monthly or quarterly sales targets, preferably in the education sector.
• Enthusiastic, goal‑oriented and willing to work six days a week with Sunday as a fixed off.
