HSEQ Executive – Food Safety & Quality

About the role

The HSEQ Executive will lead the implementation and monitoring of food safety, health, and environmental standards at Bon Cuisine’s Bangalore operations. This role ensures that all processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality benchmarks, supporting a safe and high‑quality food production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards across all production activities.
• Maintain workplace health and safety standards in line with local regulations.
• Conduct regular internal audits to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide training and awareness sessions for food handlers on best practices and regulatory updates.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis on non‑conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Required profile

• BSc, MSc, BTech or MTech in Food Science and Technology, Food Science & Nutrition, or Food Technology.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in HSEQ, food safety, or a related field.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
• Experience with audit planning and execution.
• Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis and develop corrective actions.
• Strong communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement.
