About the role

Key responsibilities

• Interface with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Gather and understand business requirements, create and review design specifications, and validate architecture.
• Participate in project estimation, provide solution delivery inputs, and conduct technical risk planning.
• Perform code reviews, unit‑test plan reviews and guide teams toward optimized, high‑quality deliverables.
• Maintain knowledge assets and ensure adherence to organisational guidelines and processes.

Required profile

• Experience in healthcare data environments or related domains.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
