Graphic Designer (Digital & Social Media)

About the role

Roadsail, a premium travel and lifestyle clothing brand, is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to craft compelling visual content for its digital platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual identity across social media, advertising, and web assets. This is an on‑site, full‑time position based in Bengaluru.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging social media posts, carousels, and promotional creatives.
• Create campaign assets for digital marketing and paid advertisements.
• Develop website banners, landing‑page visuals, and other web materials.
• Produce creatives for product launches, sales events, and seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and marketing touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
• Deliver high‑quality designs within project timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for social media, digital campaigns, and websites.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem‑solving skills.
• A robust portfolio showcasing relevant design work (mandatory).
