Global Lifesciences Consultant – Value Pricing & Market Access

About the role

Inizio Ignite, through its Putnam practice, is seeking a Global Consultant to join the Value Pricing & Market Access (VPA) team. The consultant will work across the full project lifecycle, delivering strategic pricing and market access solutions for life‑sciences clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business problems for pharmaceutical and health‑care clients.
• Gather, analyse and synthesize data, formulate hypotheses and develop actionable recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations to client senior stakeholders and support implementation to achieve measurable impact.
• Provide continuity and hands‑on delivery support throughout each project phase.
• Work effectively with colleagues across geographies to ensure consistent quality and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical market access, pricing strategy or related consulting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Outstanding academic record.
