French‑speaking International Patient Medical Counsellor

About the role

Fitsib is a critical‑care guidance platform that assists international patients and their families throughout complex medical journeys. We are looking for a French‑speaking Medical Counsellor to manage inbound leads, understand patients’ conditions, and coordinate end‑to‑end treatment logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with French‑speaking international patient leads via WhatsApp and calls, building trust and gathering medical information.
• Present suitable doctor and hospital options aligned with the patient’s case and budget.
• Schedule consultations, support decision‑making, and coordinate visa invitation letters, visa applications, and travel arrangements.
• Arrange hotel accommodations, airport pickups, and ensure smooth hospital admission and treatment execution.
• Maintain accurate lead records and communication logs in Zoho CRM.
• Achieve monthly targets for follow‑ups, consultations, and conversions.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Fluent in French (mandatory).
• Strong computer proficiency and experience with Zoho CRM.
• Empathetic, confident communication and counselling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and work in a performance‑driven environment.
