About the role

Join Marriott International as a Food & Beverage Server (GSA) in Mumbai, delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests according to event type and service standards.
• Set tables, answer menu questions, and communicate special dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Record orders in the MICROS POS system and present accurate checks for payment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and complete closing duties such as restocking and turning off lights.
• Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related food & beverage service experience.
• Ability to work full-time, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lb unaided.
• Commitment to adhering to quality, safety, and confidentiality standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
