Finance Manager – Lifecycle & Marketing Finance

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Finance Manager to lead lifecycle and marketing finance initiatives. The role partners with business leaders to drive customer acquisition, settlement and retention programs, providing data‑driven insights that shape strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as finance partner for business leaders, overseeing metrics, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Support monthly P&L analysis, financial forecasts and quarterly closing activities in close coordination with accounting.
• Monitor and control OPEX budgets, benchmark cost productivity and evaluate expense requirements.
• Facilitate financial review meetings, ensuring effective cost management and alignment with business goals.
• Measure and report progress on key initiatives, providing inputs for business reviews and actionable recommendations.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses, financial modeling and present strategic recommendations to leadership.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in tax, finance or related analytical fields.
• Proven ability to apply KPIs to drive performance insights.
• Experience creating process improvements through automation and analysis.
• Track record of identifying and executing opportunities to simplify finance tools and processes.
• Chartered Accountant or MBA from a Tier‑1 institute (preferred).
