Field Sales Executive – B2B (EdTech)

About the role

EnglishBhashi is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to expand its B2B footprint in Patna and surrounding areas. You will promote AI‑powered language learning solutions to schools, training institutes and corporate clients, driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities across Patna.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of schools, colleges, coaching centres and corporate organisations.
• Conduct regular field visits, face‑to‑face meetings and product demonstrations with decision‑makers.
• Understand client needs, prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
• Close deals, achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, and support post‑sale onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, prospects and pipeline updates.

Required profile

• High‑energy, target‑driven professional comfortable spending most of the time in the field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably selling to schools or educational institutions.
• Strong ability to prospect, conduct cold outreach and manage the complete sales cycle.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior decision‑makers.

Required skills

• Demonstrated B2B sales experience, especially in the education sector.
• Ability to present and demo SaaS or technology‑enabled learning products.
• Negotiation and closing skills.
