About the role

Namra Finance Ltd. is looking for a motivated Field Officer to join its team in India. You will work directly with customers, helping to expand the company’s reach and deliver accessible financial services. Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for Namra’s financial products.
• Conduct KYC verification and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
• Facilitate loan disbursement and manage the full loan lifecycle.
• Perform loan collection activities, follow‑up with borrowers, and maintain portfolio health.
• Use mobile applications for data entry, reporting, and record‑keeping.

Required profile

• 0‑5 years of experience in financial services or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse customers.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Ability to work independently in the field and meet daily targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using smartphones and mobile applications for business tasks.
