Executive Assistant to CEO (Chief of Staff-lite)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and senior leadership team. This high‑ownership position blends traditional executive assistance with strategic coordination, acting as a Chief of Staff‑lite for a fast‑growing automotive service brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, meetings and communications.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations and meeting notes.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Analyze business data and produce weekly/monthly performance summaries.
• Automate workflows using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, Zapier, and Make.
• Support basic HR tasks including interview scheduling, onboarding and attendance tracking.
• Handle vendor coordination and office/operational logistics.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Highly organized, discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.
