About the role
We are seeking a motivated Engineer to lead new product development initiatives within our architectural products division. The role focuses on creating innovative aluminium façade solutions and enhancing existing product lines.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop new products for architectural and aluminium façade applications.
- Identify and implement product improvements to meet market demands.
- Customize products based on client specifications and project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Optional MBA in Marketing is also acceptable.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
