Customer Service Representative

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Armstrong Fluid Technology, you will be the primary link between customers and internal teams, managing the full order lifecycle and supporting sales forecasting and CRM accuracy. The role combines order processing, customer communication, and coordination with finance, logistics, and production to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, and documentation.
• Process Request to Change (RTC) entries in the ERP system and maintain accurate customer records.
• Track order status, provide proactive shipment updates, and manage customer portals for PO confirmations and ASN generation.
• Support sales teams by navigating CRM opportunities, providing quarterly forecasts, and presenting funnel details for S&OP discussions.
• Coordinate with finance on AR statements, reconciliations, bank guarantees, letters of credit, and audit support.
• Handle vendor forms, proforma invoices, and inspection documentation to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (diploma holders with relevant experience acceptable).
• Prior experience in customer service or sales support within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical product discussions.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced industrial setting and work independently.
