Customer Relationship Associate – D2C Brand

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Associate to join a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer brand. The role focuses on delivering exceptional support across digital channels, driving sales through consultative conversations, and representing the brand at live events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt customer support via WhatsApp, Instagram Direct Messages, website chat, email and marketplace platforms.
• Guide shoppers on product features, usage, care and styling to create a personalized experience.
• Convert inquiries into sales through relationship‑focused conversations.
• Handle order queries, returns, exchanges and post‑purchase assistance.
• Maintain product listings, monitor reviews and support promotional campaigns on marketplace sites.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Assist during peak sales periods and promotional events to uphold service standards.
• Represent the brand at exhibitions, pop‑ups and other customer‑engagement activities, gathering feedback.
• Support influencer collaborations, product sampling and B2B inquiries as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in D2C customer support, e‑commerce or client relationship management.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proven ability to drive sales through consultative dialogue.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in design, lifestyle, home décor or consumer brands.
