Community Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Community Manager to join a leading AI platform that connects domain experts with frontier AI model development. In this full‑time role you will nurture a safe, inclusive and engaging online environment for a global network of experts, while delivering high‑quality customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate community forums and channels to maintain a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
• Respond promptly to user inquiries, complaints and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
• Design and execute engagement initiatives, including content creation, discussion facilitation and promotion of user‑generated contributions.
• Collaborate with internal product and recruitment teams to relay community insights and drive improvements.
• Support the AI recruiter in onboarding new experts and sustaining active participation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community management or customer support, preferably in a fast‑paced remote setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse experts and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to identify pain points and implement enhancements.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Familiarity with community management tools, moderation software and content management systems.
