Community Manager

About the role

The Community Manager will lead both online and offline brand communities for TCP Vietnam, a leading beverage company. Based on-site in Bengaluru, the role focuses on engaging consumers, building strong relationships with key audience segments, and supporting overall brand communication strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate and respond to community interactions across social platforms and offline channels.
• Organise community events, activations and campaigns that reinforce brand messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to amplify brand initiatives and ensure consistent messaging.
• Monitor community sentiment, track engagement metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Share insights and recommendations to inform brand and communication strategies.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to deliver an inclusive and positive community experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community engagement and moderation, including event organisation.
• Strong social media and digital communication abilities, with a focus on timely, professional responses.
• Experience working with marketing teams on campaigns and community‑focused initiatives.
• Analytical mindset to track metrics, assess sentiment and produce clear reports.
• Excellent written and verbal English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bengaluru and manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Background in FMCG, beverages or consumer brands and familiarity with CSR or sustainability initiatives is advantageous.
