Business Monitoring & Competitive Advantage (BMCA) Specialist

About the role

The BMCA Specialist drives operational excellence, monitors program quality, and supports strategic initiatives across Patient Support Programs. This role shapes sustainable access strategies globally by leveraging business intelligence, monitoring tools, and collaborative engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary focal point for internal and external audits, managing the full audit lifecycle from notification to closure.
• Validate audit responses, CAPAs, and supporting documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with Axios SOPs.
• Lead coordination with internal stakeholders to address audit findings, clarify root causes, and define corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform trend analysis across audit findings to identify recurring risks, control weaknesses, or system‑level gaps.
• Supervise real‑time tracking and monitoring of patient progress through Axios’ Patient Management System (PMS).
• Prepare and validate monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc reports for internal use and client submissions.
• Support quality‑assurance initiatives by conducting trend analyses and contributing to quarterly quality reports.
• Mentor junior team members within the BMCA unit and represent the department in cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication and networking skills.
• Experience in data monitoring, management, and logistics/supply‑chain coordination is an advantage.
• Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
