About the role
The Strength & Conditioning Coach will design and deliver personalized training programs for athletes across multiple sports. You will work closely with medical and coaching staff to enhance performance, prevent injuries, and support athlete recovery.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized strength and conditioning programs.
- Conduct physical assessments and track fitness progress.
- Educate athletes on exercise technique, injury prevention, and nutrition.
- Lead warm‑up, strength, agility, and conditioning sessions.
- Collaborate with medical and coaching staff on rehabilitation plans.
- Maintain safety standards and stay updated on sports science research.
Required profile
- B.Sc. with specialization in hockey/team games or related field.
- Strength and conditioning certification; additional Australian or US certification is a plus.
- 0–8 years of relevant experience.
- Age between 25 and 30 years.
Required skills
- Strength and conditioning certification.
- Knowledge of injury prevention and nutrition for athletes.
- Ability to conduct physical fitness assessments.
