Business Development Executive – Healthcare/Diagnostics

About the role

AVM Labs is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to expand its presence in the healthcare and diagnostics sector. The role focuses on generating new business, building relationships with hospitals, clinics and corporate partners, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporates and healthcare partners.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and business discussions.
• Promote AVM Labs' diagnostic services to prospective clients.
• Follow up leads, convert prospects into business opportunities and ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, follow‑ups and business activities.
• Prepare and submit regular business development reports.
• Monitor market trends and identify expansion opportunities.
• Achieve assigned business development targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management or related field.
• Freshers to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑oriented with good follow‑up skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
