Business Development Executive – Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth across our HR, L&D and training solutions. You will work from our offices in Bangalore, Pune or Hyderabad, engaging directly with decision‑makers to expand our client base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with HR, L&D and business decision‑makers.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects and understand their training requirements.
• Schedule product demos and coordinate solution discussions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with regular follow‑ups.
• Develop long‑term relationships with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in the CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven ability to identify and engage HR, L&D and business decision‑makers.
• Experience generating leads via cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Strong qualification skills to assess client training needs.
• Effective pipeline management and follow‑up capabilities.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
