Business Development Executive – B2B Education Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive B2B education partnerships. You will work closely with colleges, universities and training institutes to create mutually beneficial collaborations that help students access global education pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and negotiate partnerships with colleges, universities and other educational institutions.
• Conduct campus visits, seminars, workshops and presentations to generate leads.
• Manage the sales pipeline, achieve monthly and quarterly targets, and drive enrollments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
• Explore new markets and partnership opportunities to expand the institution network.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in B2B, institutional or EdTech sales.
• Experience or familiarity with colleges, universities or training institutes is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and campus visits.
• Graduation degree required.
