IT Sales Executive – Bhopal

About the role

ACT T Connect Private Limited is looking for a motivated and result‑oriented Sales Executive to join its team in Bhopal. The candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience and possess good communication, client‑handling, follow‑up, and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, references, online platforms, and other sources.
• Contact potential clients and understand their requirements.
• Explain company products/services to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow‑ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Business Development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Strong follow‑up and client‑handling skills.
• Target‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Experience in IT/Software/ERP sales will be preferred.
• Willingness to work from the office in Bhopal.
