BIM Engineer – Water & Drainage Systems

About the role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Engineer specializing in water and drainage systems to join our growing MEPF BIM team in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on creating high‑quality Revit MEP models for plumbing, drainage, and water infrastructure across diverse building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for water supply, sanitary drainage, stormwater, and related hydraulic systems using Revit MEP.
• Prepare detailed plumbing layouts, pump room models, riser diagrams, and coordination drawings.
• Produce construction documentation, shop drawings, and BIM deliverables.
• Support quantity take‑offs, BOQ preparation, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure clash‑free model integration.
• Participate in model reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans, modelling standards, and client requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in BIM for water supply, drainage, sewerage, or stormwater systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Revit MEP and production of construction documentation.

Required skills

• Revit MEP for hydraulic and plumbing modelling.
• Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination.
• BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar BIM collaboration platforms.
