Associate Sales Support Specialist – US Shift

About the role

As an Associate Sales Support Specialist you will support the U.S. sales team from Bengaluru, handling administrative tasks, CRM updates, order processing and direct customer interactions during the US Central night shift (8:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST).

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM systems such as Salesforce and Odoo with accurate sales data.
• Prepare and process quotes, invoices, purchase orders and contracts.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance and operations to keep the sales cycle moving.
• Track order status, follow up on documentation and generate sales reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat or phone, providing product information and order updates.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team while maintaining clear communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1‑2 years experience in sales support or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
