Associate Relationship Manager – Joint Liability Group (JLG)

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager – JLG supports the Relationship Manager in deepening banking relationships and delivering best‑in‑class service to customers. You will help create and manage Joint Liability Groups, guiding them through formation, loan disbursal, and collection while driving client acquisition and household‑level engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Map household needs in assigned villages and conduct zoning activities.
• Perform end‑user checks after loan disbursal and meet monthly/annual group loan booking targets.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities based on client lifestyle and risk profile.
• Generate leads, open accounts, and contribute to liability business penetration in new markets.
• Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business, referrals, and retention.
• Maintain high collection efficiency and ensure accurate loan documentation.
• Coordinate with operations for timely data entry and compliance with bank requirements.
• Conduct field audits, verify customers, and gather market intelligence.
• Recommend process improvements and support livelihood and community development initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 0–2 years of relevant branch banking experience.
