Associate Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Program Manager to drive operational excellence across our fitness centers. The role will own improvement initiatives, analyze performance data, and work closely with field teams to boost productivity and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end operational improvement initiatives, from opportunity identification to implementation, adoption, and impact measurement.
• Analyze operational and business data to uncover performance gaps, root causes, and translate insights into high‑impact initiatives.
• Partner with field teams through regular center visits to understand challenges, support implementation, and ensure sustained adoption of new processes.
• Design and standardise SOPs, playbooks, governance mechanisms, and operating frameworks to enable consistent execution across the network.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Business Excellence, Strategy, Program Management or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading operational improvement initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High ownership, attention to detail and a bias for action.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of SQL and business reporting tools.
