Account Manager – Large Customer Sales (Fintech)

About the role

Google is looking for an Account Manager to join its Large Customer Sales (LCS) team, focusing on fintech clients in India. You will partner with leading brands and agencies, helping them navigate the fast‑evolving digital advertising landscape and achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across large fintech customers.
• Collaborate with clients to define measurable marketing goals and KPIs based on deep business insight.
• Design and present differentiated advertising solutions across Google Search, YouTube, Measurement and other products.
• Guide customers through campaign strategy, execution and performance analysis.
• Continuously demonstrate value, drive incremental revenue and identify new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing or consulting.
• Proven experience working with advertisers, agencies or large corporate clients.
• Fluent communication in English and Hindi, with ability to engage in additional local languages.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Google Ads and related digital advertising platforms.
• Understanding of YouTube advertising and measurement tools.
